Another anticatholic myth breathes its last breath. A disgruntled anticatholic claims Emperor Constantine I created the Catholic Church by mixing Christianity with paganism, and like all illogical catholic haters, she passed the burden of proof to the Catholic. Later, her smoking gun was a statue she claimed used to be Zeus was changed into Peter. Even if this were true, what does that prove other than a statue changed names?! However, she, like most catholic haters depended on hate site that just pass false information, however, all catholic haters, be they Mormon, Jehovah Witness, Adventist, Muslim, Baptist, or pagan accept it as gospel truth. The sites claim this statue of Peter used to be Zeus. TOO BAD thats very unlikely since it was made in the 13-14th century, most likely by Arnolfo di Cambio.

Deleteme: The word of God also comes in form of oral traditions passed down from the Apostles. St Paul quoted Jewish oral tradition a number of times, and the Apostles actually for a time bound people in Acts 15 to follow some Jewish oral law concerning eating.

me: YHVH is THE Sun God. In fact Christ is called the Sun of Righteousness in Malachi, the "day break from on High" in Luke 1, the "light of the World," Christ rose on a SUNDAY. When Christ was born attracted people that were sometimes called "fire" or "sun worshippers"--the magi who pray facing a light source. Easter has nothing to do with Ishtar, look it up, the name is not related to a Middle Eastern goddess but with a GERMAN one, its only a name, just like sunday is only a name, or any other day of the week and month. The Catholic church officially calls "easter" Pascua--Passover. Its mostly English speaking and Germanic countries that use variants of the word Easter. me: not true, first of all there was never a time when Catholicism was the majority of humanity, furthermore, we do not pretend all Catholics go to heaven. Finally, all of humanity is in a religious "minority" since there is no religion that people are more than 50% of the worlds population. There is in fact one there likely created by Arnolfo di Cambio. in the 13-14 century, but there is also a more famous statue of Jupiter/Sol Invictus taken from the Roman Pantheon and renamed Peter. By definition, any visual representation of someone who is worshiped is an idol. Even a visual representation of Jesus Christ is an idol.

For a biblical term using an English dictionary is foolish. No one worship's St Peter's statue. They give homage to it because St Peter, not the statue itself. Cherbium was put on the Ark of the Covenant in Exodus 25, and the ark itself was bowed down to by Joshua in Joshua 7

DeleteI pray understanding shall be revealed to you all. Understand his name is Yah and call upon it. Pray for his Holy spirit to give you truth and discernment and protection. Maybe these people are being sent to you because he sees how strong your faith is like bartimaeus he wants to open your eyes. I understand it is scary to feel if you go against what you were raised in Yah will be upset with you. But he won't. He is a loving father. And he wants you to seek him 1st and to have faith he will guide you. The issue with religions are they tell you everything your suppose to know about Yah.(except his name)so you never seek him and develop an in-depth relationship like a marriage.
